MONAQUI PORTER YOUNG
CHAIRWOMAN / PRESIDENT
Monaqui Porter Young is the Founder, CEO and President of MPGlobal Connect Inc., the parent company and owner of the SRINA® brand and products. Monaqui began her journey in 2002 to develop and distribute organically grown SRINA® products on a global scale. She is proud to bring her vision of sustainable economic development to her hometown of Akron, Ohio where she opened the company’s first retail café, Srina Tea House & Café.
Monaqui received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wright State University. She is also a board-certified holistic health practitioner by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and received a certification in integrative nutrition from Columbia University, Teachers College. Monaqui also studied Import Operations at the former World Trade Institute of Pace University in New York City and is versed in international trade.
Monaqui is Chair of Worldview Development USA, a non-profit organization focused on sustainable development and climate change initiatives in the United States and abroad.
She is a board member and United Nations Representative for its affiliated non-governmental organization (NGO), Worldview International Foundation. She has also been a guest lecturer for the United Nations International Women’s Day in Bangkok, Thailand.

DR. ARNE FJORTOFT
VICE CHAIR
Arne Fjortoft is a Norwegian citizen with a strong international commitment. He has broad communication and journalist experience, including print media, radio and television, and the newest digital communication technologies. While working at the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation as a foreign correspondent, he specialized on North/South issues and the human drama dominating the development process. He spearheaded new program formats, using television as a conscious tool in providing information to create better understanding of major global issues.
As a follow up of the first declaration for a new International Information. Order by the Heads of State of the Non Aligned Countries in 1976, and later at the General Assembly of the United Nations and UNESCO, he initiated an international nongovernmental organization, Worldview International Foundation, with the purpose of strengthening people's right to free flow of information by training and development of new communication capacities in developing countries, and to use information and communication as a tool to help the poor and disadvantaged in solving problems related to basic needs. Mr. Fjortoft served as the Chairman of the Liberal Party of Norway for four years.
During his leadership, the party widened its political agenda with a global commitment to sustainable development. He has written several books and has been honored with national and international awards for his achievements. Worldview has implemented projects in 28 countries and created 16 national media centers and a number of media initiatives, such as Young Asia Television, Mandate the Future, International Worldview College, Worldview Institute, Worldview Rights, Thai Worldview Foundation, Boats 4 Life, Paradise Farm, and others.

Gena Lovett is the Founder and Managing Member of Little Wolf Capital, LLC (“LWC”), a NY-based Emerging Fund of Funds Manager. LWC will invest and focus on women, minorities, and emerging managers. Little Wolf is expected to launch to outside investors in 2015. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Ms. Lovett has significant expertise managing front, middle, and back office operations. For 14 years she was Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Alexandra Investment Management, hedge fund with an AUM of $1.8MM at its peak. She previously worked in supervisory and management positions at NatWest Capital Markets, BT Securities Corporation, and PaineWebber.
In addition, Ms. Lovett currently serves as President of the New York Women’s Agenda; Treasurer of Citizens Union and Citizens Union Foundation; Board of Directors of nanoScience Engineering Corporation, and Advisory Board Member of MPGlobal Connect Inc.; Chair of NYJL Ethic Committee, Member of the Audit Committees for the New York Junior League. Member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and the Hedge Fund Association. She has also served as Past President of the New York Junior League and the Women’s Prison Association, and served as a Board Member and Officer of several other Boards.
Ms. Lovett has been honored and received awards from the Police Athletic League of NYC, the NYWA Rising Star, Bert Bart Lawson - Professional and Public Services, and WPA Isaac T. Jaye's career as an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant spans more than 20 years. Her mission is to help people and organizations chart a course of action that is fulfilling for them - and produces extraordinary results. Her forte lies in bringing vitality and creativity, along with practical business solutions to her Fortune 500 clients.
Jaye provides direct executive coaching and creates dynamic team experiences that have built-in sustainability plans. Jaye's clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, consulting firms, and not-for-profit organizations in such diverse industries as financial services, luxury brand products, entertainment, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals. Clients include Blackrock, Denihan Hospitality Group, Citibank, COACH, Ernst & Young, Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust, Estée Lauder, Association of Junior League, and Montblanc. Jaye is a co-founder of Reboot Partners, LLC, offering personal, professional, and corporate consulting in sabbatical and retirement planning.
Previously, Jaye cofounded and led Partners In Human Resources International, a women-owned consulting firm, prior to founding Breakwater. Together, she and her partners built a strong company from the ground up, overcoming obstacles and hard economic times. Previously, Jaye directed the human resources consulting and career development practice of a major New York-based consulting firm. Earlier, Jaye spent a number of years in senior management positions at community-based organizations where she developed various ventures to train and hire under-employed individuals, which included Non-Traditional Employment for Women. As a faculty member at New York University's Center for Career, Education and Life Planning for the past 20 years, Jaye has taught all phases of career management. At Brooklyn College, she developed a specialized course on effective career management strategies.
Jaye offers Reboot Your Life Programs through CUNY School of Professional Studies.Jaye is co-author of Reboot Your Life, published in 2011, and Venus Unbound, a guide for women in building self-esteem. She has written articles on career management and has appeared on television and radio to discuss strategies for building a successful career. Jaye served as president of the International Association of Career Management Professionals, and is president of the board of directors of Harlem Dowling Westside Center for Children and Family Services.
